Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam (BIDV) has became the
first join stock commercial bank to offer a preferential credit
programme worth VND20 trillion (US$921.65 million) to the healthcare
sector.
The Viet Nam Prosperity Bank (VPBank) on September 4 introduced a Smart Credit
programme that offers capital to small and medium-sized enterprises to
promote production and business towards the end of the year.
